Tim Kosor

Tim Kosor joined Brant Hickey in 2004 following several years at another structured settlement firm.  Tim specializes in the successful negotiation of workers compensation and liability claims through the use of customized payment plans that are guaranteed and tax-free, resulting in cost-effective claim resolution for defendants, and long-term financial security for accident victims and surviving family members.  He has worked with a varied clientele, including national and regional insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third party administrators, and personal injury and workers compensation attorneys.  In 2019, Tim was inducted into the Brant Hickey Hall of Fame in recognition of his longevity and production with the firm.

Prior to entering the structured settlement field, Mr. Kosor worked for Maximus, Inc. as a Senior Financial Consultant to various public agencies in the state of California, and was a Personal Financial Planner with Gateway Investment Services, Inc. and Fidelity Insurance Agency, at which time he gained his Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Tim graduated from Loyola Marymount University with both a BA in Finance and MBA in International Business.

Mr. Kosor is an active member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA), Claims Litigation Management (CLM), Nevada Chapter of RIMS and Nevada Self-Insurers Association.

Tim enjoys spectator sports, coaching youth soccer and flag football, concerts, cooking, camping, and traveling with his wife and three children.
